Each person reading this will have their own reason to train. Whether that be improve their physical appearance, learn the basic movements for the gym, help build strength after an injury or increase performance in a sport. I'm here to help each individual achieve their goal and more.
I've worked in the industry for 4+years, focusing on movement, strength and nutrition, having gone through injuries and poor food relationship my self, i understand the power of nailing the basics. My priority is to build a bulletproof body for the everyday gym goer, athlete and beginner.
